Royal Society for Architecture in Wales Conference

, Subject : Technical

This Friday Roots’ Directors Chris and Micheal will be presenting at the Royal Society for Architecture in Wales (RSAW) Conference in Cardiff.

Titled ‘Practice makes Perfect’ the Conference will look at the way the delivery of design has changed over recent years and how the established models of architectural practice are unravelling and re-making themselves.

Roots were approached because the RSAW were impressed by the Team’s method of working, particularly the Archivan.  The Team’s presentation is therefore titled ‘Archivan: A new business model from rural Scotland’.

Roots’ Micheal commented, ‘We are really looking forward to attending the Conference; it will be a great opportunity for us to discuss our approach of practicing Architecture with other like minded people, and to learn how that approach fits in with how other people work within the profession.’
